4. Order Cancellations & Right to Refuse Service

  • Carrier and Manufacturer Faults: CardCart LLC is not responsible for factory errors (such as missing packs inside sealed boxes or poor card printing quality from the manufacturer). We are not legally liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier shipping delays, lost packages, or mail transit damages.

For orders shipped outside of Connecticut, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for all local sales taxes, use taxes, or duties required by your destination state or territory.
